We are a family-owned Chinese restaurant in Claremont, with roots in Chengdu—the heart of Sichuan cuisine and a city famous for its bold, vibrant flavors.

We opened Ginkgo in July 2024 with a simple goal: to share the authentic flavors of our hometown with the Claremont community. Alongside traditional Sichuan favorites, we’re also proud to serve classic American Chinese dishes, from Orange Chicken to Walnut Shrimp, all freshly prepared in our kitchen.
